There are critical times when God alerts His people and calls them to be awake and aware. One of those times was when Jesus was in the Garden of Gethsemane with His disciples before the crucifixion.
Matthew 26:38, 40-41 (CSB)
38 He said to them, “I am deeply grieved to the point of death. Remain here and stay awake with me.”
40 Then he came to the disciples and found them sleeping. He asked Peter, “So, couldn’t you stay awake with me one hour? 41 Stay awake and pray so that you won’t enter into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

We are in one of those critical times even now. This nation and the world is in a time of great crisis, darkness, and desperation. Satan, “the god of this world” (2Cor 4:4), blinds the minds of mankind to the truth. Hell has one agenda for the world and humanity: kill, steal, destroy (John 10:10). God warns us that as the day of Jesus’ return draws near, evil and darkness will increase. This is that time, and the hour is urgent. This is not a time for us to sleep or be ignorant of the season we are in. We must all be awake, alert, and aware that the greatest move of God, the greatest harvest of souls, is about to be delivered through His church. God always partners with His people, who are called by His Name, who humble themselves, turning from sin and from their own ways, and agendas to follow Him.

He is calling on you now to put aside your agendas, your own plans, and your ideas. He’s calling on you now to stay awake with Him; together, we will see a great harvest of souls.
Last weekend in the message, I shared the account of Krystal Clark in the birthing room with one of the Embrace Grace mamas. Krystal told me that one of the nurses jumped on top of the pregnant mom, stretched over her big, pregnant belly, and began shouting to her, “you must push now! This baby is huge! You must push now! It’s hard, it’s painful, but you must PUSH!!!” As she shared this vivid account with me, God’s Presence came upon me, and I heard Him shouting in my spirit: “Kelly Hudnall, this is your position in this hour! There is a revival in the birth canal, and you must tell the church to PUSH now!” This word from God is so strong that I cannot shake it.

This move of God that is coming is huge! But if His people go on with life as usual and carry on as if everything’s like it has always been, we will miss out on what God has planned. Jesus is calling on you today to stay awake with Him in this hour! It’s time to push through apathy, complacency, religion, selfishness, pride, human reasoning, and everything that would hinder us from partnering with Heaven to usher in this move of God. It’s up to you, and it’s up to me because God partners with His people to move on the earth. We each have an important part in carrying out this great harvest.

There is a revival in the birth canal of the body of Christ. God’s people must stay awake and push through in high praise, fervent intercession, and next-level evangelism. Together we will see His Kingdom come. His will shall be done on earth as it is in Heaven. This is the most exciting time of our lives! It’s harvest time!
